Job Description Our client is seeking an Asset Manager to join their team! The Asset Manager will implement the firm's strategy to maximize value, provide regular reporting to senior management, and analyze loan performance. They will execute loss mitigation workouts and settlements, oversee foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory policies. Additionally, they will develop efficient processes and technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This is a permanent position working 5x a week on-site in Anaheim, CA. The base salary for this position is $75,000 - 110,000.
