Come join an amazing team of BCBAs. Guaranteed salary $80,000-$95,000 not dependent on billable hour incentives. In-clinic only with regular daytime hours Monday-Friday.

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work:

• BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
• BCBAs have a max of 32 billable hours per week.
• Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
• You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training

Supported, Not Micromanaged:

• Owners are not involved in clinical decisions
• You will be supported by our clinic’s experienced Clinical Director
• SOS Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training

Ethically Aligned:

• SOS does not require employees to sign non-compete agreements.
• SOS does not require training payback agreements.
• SOS is proud to have full billing transparency. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval.
