SeekTeachers is currently seeking for an experienced and professional Biology teacher to join our prestigious client in Asia.

Our client is one of the leading international school group based in Asia provides for over 7,000 students in five countries and eight cities includes China, South Korea, Myanmar and Singapore. The school follows the Early Years Foundation Stage to children up to aged five and the English National Curriculum, enhanced for international needs from Year 1 - Year 9. In Year 10, the students will begin the two year IGCSE syllabus followed by the IBDP programme in Year 12 and 13. The school group is an academically selective where the rigorous curriculum runs alongside co-curricular programme and this provides the students with a wealth of sporting, cultural and artistic opportunities. 

Minimum requirements:
**A bachelor degree or above in Biology or relevant subject area
**Minimum of three years experience in A Level/IBDP
**Enthusiasm in curriculum development and international curriculum pedagogy application
**Commitment to supporting related co-curricular programmes preferred
**Demonstrate experience in inspiring students in a stimulating learning environment, and abilities to adjust pedagogy according to students and school requirements
**Experience working in high performing school
**Previous experience in an international school and familiarity with British education system preferred

Salary and benefits:
- Monthly salary ranging from 22,000RMB to 32,000RMB

They encourage their students to be innovative, imaginative, creative and critical thinkers who are able to work well with others.
**Assess, provide feedback and report on student learning and progress
Teachers are knowledgeable and effective users of assessment to support learning. They use a range of data measures and assessment strategies to inform their evaluation of students' progress which enables them to plan for learning and to report accurately and effectively on student progress and to design appropriate intervention and support strategies.
**Develop supportive and safe learning environments
Teachers are committed to safeguarding and to promoting the welfare of children and young people. They ensure a secure, stimulating and well managed learning environment that promotes a sense of safety, support and wellbeing
**Demonstrate International-mindedness and Global Citizenship
Teachers have an appreciation of their own culture as well as openness to the perspectives and beliefs of people from different countries, cultures, religions and languages. They recognise the importance of developing students to be ethical global citizens

Teachers participate actively in professional learning and work collaboratively with colleagues to improve their practice. They hold themselves accountable to the highest professional standards in their interactions with colleagues, students and parents.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Experience:

3 Years

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)

Must be a native speaker of English

Prefer candidates with international experience

Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted

Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted

Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 20,000 up to 32,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
