About the Role:

• Family Medicine Physician - Hospital, Primary Care, or Skilled Nursing Facility Coverage
• Location: Parkville, Maryland area (20mins from Baltimore)
• Schedule: M-F Daytime Hours - Hours very flexible. Set your own hours.
• Candidate can split their time between SNF, Primary Care Clinic, and the Hospital
• Typical Daily Volume: 25 Patients. (7 in hospital) (18 in SNF or Primary Care)
• Group sees patients in their own Primary Care Clinic and a SNF. Will follow up with own patients in hospital who have been referred there.
• Flexible Schedule - Call, Weekends, and Evenings NOT a requirement
• Provider will consistently work in the same hospital and SNF on a weekly basis.
• Physician will be providing typical medication and disease management services for inpatient population.
• Covering follow ups, evaluations, new admissions, sick visits, etc..
• Visa Sponsorship if needed - J1 or H1B

Benefits:

• Base Salary: $275,000 / year

Background Profile:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
