Qualifications & requirements

Native English speaker
TEFL/TESOL certificate required
Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience nanchang city.

Salary: ¥24,000–¥28,000/month (before tax)
Meal allowance: Free three meals per day
Housing allowance: ¥1,800/month
Holidays: Fully paid national holidays, winter and summer vacations (total of 50 days), plus Christmas holiday (Dec 24–26)
Sick leave: 2.5 paid sick days per year
Airfare: Round-trip economy class airfare reimbursed after one full year of service
Insurance: China’s social insurance provided
Visa: The school holds government-recognized qualifications to provide work visas (authentic and verifiable credentials required)
Physical examination: Annual routine health check (extra tests at personal expense)
Training: Regular professional development and teacher training sessions
