• Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday
• On-Call Shift Schedule: Approximately 1:5 rotation
• Call Type: Rotational
• Call Ratio: 1:5

• Patient Demographics: Adult cardiology patients
• Admissions: Yes
• Rounding: Yes
• Phone Consults: Yes
• Case Mix: Interventional cardiology

FACILITY INFORMATION:

• EMR System: EPIC – HIMSS Stage VII certified
• Office Equipment Available: Standard cardiology tools and procedures
• Specialty Backup Available: Full hospital cardiology support
• Support Staff Available: Nurse practitioners (inpatient and outpatient)
• Reason for Coverage: Growth and expansion of services

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE:

• Credentialing Timeline: 90–120 days post-offer

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Licenses: Active IN license (or ability to obtain).
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
• Experience: All experience levels considered.
• Other Qualifications: Unique work structure conducive to using full range of skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology services.
• Participate in 1:5 call rotation.
• Collaborate with hospital and clinical teams.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation.
• Support the healthcare system’s growth in cardiovascular care.
