Job Description

Salary: $40,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements:

• We seek candidates who are enthusiastic about working on-site. A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is required; however, we will also consider candidates with three years of progressive experience in the field as a substitute for each year of education. You should have experience in Information Technology, with at least one year of expertise in gathering requirements related to internal and external consulting, as well as documenting and mapping current business processes. Familiarity with Data Analysis using Excel and Business Analysis skills—including requirements analysis, elicitation, and Agile methodologies—is essential. Additionally, strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Visio is also required.

• In this role, you will assist in various business analysis deliverables, contributing to the assessment and improvement of our business processes. You will be involved in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis to ensure our business strategies are well-defined and executed. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient project management.
