Optometrist - High Income + Great Benefits - Warwick, RI

We are looking to hire a full-time optometrist to serve patients and deliver excellent care in Warwick, Rhode Island! 20 min drive to Providence! 

DETAILS:

• Full Time.
• Scope of practice includes: Primary Care, Medical, Pre-/Post-Ops.
• Large office! Work with multiple doctors in an OD/MD setting. 
• On-call schedule.
• Only six times per year.
• You will be paid for the call.
• 25 patients per day on average.
• Full support team, including scribe and technician support.
• Updated technology - OCT, Visual field, Optos, EMR.

SCHEDULE:

• 5 days a week.
• 4-day work week available.
• Hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• 32 hours, 36 hours, or 40 hours options.

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

• Base and 32% of net collections.
• 1st year income average is: $170,000.
• 2nd year income range: $180,000 - $200,000 ramped up to increased volume.
• Must work 30 hours per week to be eligible for benefits. 
• Medical & Dental Insurance.
• 3 weeks PTO.

• Relocation allowance of up to $5,000.
