Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Devens, MA

Type: Direct Hire

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift opportunities

Pay Rate: $60-$65k - eligible for OT

 

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Production Technician to join a growing team at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Devens, MA. This role is essential to the safe and efficient production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and require strong knowledge of GMP practices and hands-on manufacturing experience in a controlled, aseptic environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform safe, timely, and cost-effective production of pharmaceutical products that meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Operate in an aseptic environment while fully gowned in PPE, including an air helmet.
• Accurately complete batch records and documentation in compliance with FDA and cGMP guidelines.
• Ensure all production and support equipment is functioning properly, with clear and current documentation.
• Execute material handling tasks including mixing, blending, and gathering raw materials.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and maneuvering large reactors.

• High School Diploma with 5–7 years of experience in an API manufacturing facility
• Associate’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical field with 3–5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical field (entry-level to 2+ years' experience)
• Strong understanding of GMP and FDA regulatory requirements
• High level of safety awareness in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
