Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in a fully remote capacity, supporting teams across CST and EST time zones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile practices, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams within a SAFe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a seasoned Scrum Master, coordinating across multiple teams within an Agile Release Train (ART).
Facilitate communication and collaboration across all levels of leadership.
Deliver clear and accurate reporting on team performance and progress.
Operate effectively within a SAFe framework.
Utilize PM/SM tools such as Jira, Clarity (for budget management), and SharePoint (Clarity is preferred but not strictly required).
Resolve conflicts promptly and manage diverse personalities with professionalism.
Oversee project management activities including plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation.
Strong knowledge and experience in claims processing (837, 835/EFT, etc.).

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, SharePoint; Clarity preferred).
Strong understanding of project management principles and financial oversight.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Familiarity with healthcare claims standards (837, 835/EFT).
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while supporting CST and EST time zones.
