Our client, one of the largest utility contractors in South Carolina, is seeking a Safety Manager to join their team in Charleston, SC.
This is a full time, direct placement opportunity.
The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing occupational health, safety training, environment health and safety (EHS), accident investigation, and industrial safety on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Occupational Health and Safety Training skills
Environment Health and Safety (EHS) knowledge
Experience in accident investigation and industrial safety
Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
