- End Date: 5/08/2026
Schedule - Monday: Hours range from 1:00pm - 6:00pm
- Tuesday: Hours range from 1:00pm - 6:00pm
- Wednesday: Hours range from 1:00pm - 6:00pm
- Thursday: Hours range from 1:00pm - 6:00pm
- Friday: Hours range from 1:00pm - 6:00pm
- Saturday: No work
Expected Hourly Rate: $20

THE ROLE The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Below is a non-exhaustive list of the physical requirements for this role. - Must have the ability to constantly move about to accomplish tasks or move from one place to another
- Must have the ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, and running
- Must have the ability to move safely on irregular and or uneven terrain
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To - Engage students in SEL & PE curriculum
- Certify mandatory instructional minutes required for the program
- Facilitate, demonstrate, and participate in games with students
- Supervise different activities with groups of students such as games and distributing snack
- Create a safe learning environment while implementing strong behavior management skills on the field
- Ability to communicate effectively with guardians and all facility members
- Basic understanding of operating and navigating modern technology
- Act as a positive and inspiring role model
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service for all students and school staff
- Follow COVID 19 protocols outlined by the school
Position Requirements - Baseball Experience: Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in competitive baseball as a player or coach.
- 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, or child development strongly preferred
- Authorized to work in the US
- 18 years of age
About You - Previous Baseball Experience
- Strong ability to implement Elevo curriculum to students, using your volleyball experience to engage them in physical activities and team-building exercises
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A can-do attitude and a natural curiosity for solving problems
- Excellent behavioral management skills
- Thoroughly understand the organization’s goals & mission, and apply these values while teaching cheerleading skills and participating in physical activities with students.
