Job Description

Our client is an innovative dental practice that provides General, Cosmetic, and Restorative Dentistry. They are seeking a dedicated and well-rounded Dentist (DDS or DMD) to join their dynamic and growing team for two (2) days a week.

 
This role prioritizes best practices over profit, recognizing that excellent clinical care and high patient satisfaction naturally lead to profitability. • No deductions for supplies/materials for doctors.

• Mentorship opportunities.
• Continuing Education (CE) credits throughout the year (8-12 credits annually), including in-house sessions and programs with outside vendors, as we are CERP certified.
• Base is provided for 12 weeks- amount based on experience, minimum of $650 per day

Here’s what you bring to the table…

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a dental residency program (required for NY state license).
• Valid NY state dental license.
• Strong commitment to patient care and best practices.
• Open to mentorship and different clinical perspectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
