What You Won’t Be Doing - Implementing outdated educational methodologies—no conventional lectures, rigid curricula, or passive learning experiences

Consultant Key Responsibilities Your fundamental mission is to deliver on Alpha's core promise: cultivating limitless mindsets in students and establishing learning environments where achievement knows no boundaries.
Basic Requirements - Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
- Exceptional public speaking capabilities with demonstrated ability to captivate and energize audiences
- Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8 students
- Verified experience in coaching or mentoring children
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Commitment to working on-site at either our Phoenix or Nassau campus
- Availability to complete our comprehensive paid training program at our Austin headquarters

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
