We're looking for talented plant operators to join our growing team.

What you’ll get to do:

• Become adept at operating all facets of the systems and equipment, moving from one area of the plant to another.
• Proficiently and safely operate various mobile equipment, including Bobcat, fork truck, skid steer, person-lift, front-end loader and pickup truck.
• Complete minor mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.
• Perform sample testing and simple analysis to improve our plant performance.
• Operate all site conveyors and process equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

What you need to have:

• Experience working with aggregate in a production environment
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in plant operations and maintenance
• Mechanical and basic preventive maintenance skills; welding experience strongly preferred
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Heavy equipment operation experience strongly preferred
• Computer proficiency
