This young, fast-paced organization manages nearly 20 brands and serves several agency clients. They're looking for someone who doesn't just do SEO – they embody it. The ideal candidate will be a trend-setter, always one step ahead of the game, bringing fresh ideas and data-driven strategies to the table.

While this is a intended to be a full time position, we are also open to part time.

In this role, you'll:

• Develop innovative SEO strategies that push boundaries
• Conduct deep-dive competitor analyses to uncover untapped opportunities
• Stay at the cutting edge of industry trends, always looking for the next big thing in SEO
• Drive organic growth across multiple brands and client accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Mastermind:

• Craft game-changing SEO strategies aligned with business goals
• Uncover hidden opportunities for organic growth and visibility
• Develop innovative approaches to outshine competitors in search results

Competitor Intelligence:

• Conduct thorough competitor research and benchmarking
• Dissect competitor strategies, identifying their Achilles' heel
• Transform insights into actionable plans for competitive advantage

Technical SEO:

• Perform regular technical audits to keep sites in top shape
• Optimize website architecture, speed, and mobile performance
• Implement cutting-edge SEO techniques to stay ahead of the curve

On-Page Optimization:

• Develop data-driven on-page optimization strategies
• Collaborate with dev teams to implement SEO best practices
• Fine-tune metadata, internal linking, and site structure for maximum impact

Analytics & Reporting:

• Set up and maintain comprehensive SEO tracking and reporting
• Transform complex data into actionable recommendations
• Present compelling performance insights to stakeholders

Trends & Innovation:

• Stay one step ahead of SEO industry trends and algorithm updates

• Experiment with emerging SEO tactics and tools

Requirements

• Proven track record of SEO strategy success
• Sharp analytical skills and data-driven decision-making prowess
• Mastery of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas simply
• Entrepreneurial spirit and out-of-the-box thinking
